If you've ever used a large number of DirectX Audio plugins, you've probably discovered one of the major shortcomings, which is most plugins have slightly different latencies. Although in analog space there were several solutions, there were no easy and accurate solutions in DirectX for this sort of problem... UNTIL NOW!
Introducing AnalogX SampleSlide, the FIRST and ONLY sample-accurate delay mechanism for DirectX Audio! That's right, sample accuracy; not just milliseconds (although you can use those also), but resolution down to each and every sample of the digital stream. Not only that, each stream can be delayed up to 2 seconds (its limit, assuming 44.1k audio) and STILL maintain absolute sample accuracy.
Of course, SampleSlide requires an application that supports DirectX Audio plugins (like the Paris or Wavelab), and works with either the realtime or non-realtime applications as well. SampleSlide supports mono or stereo sound streams, as well as 16bit and 32bit data types.
